Building Construction
Used as falsework shoring to support concrete slabs and beams during casting and curing on residential, commercial and industrial building projects.
Era Scaffold's C60/C48/C25 Shoring System is a heavy-duty falsework and access solution engineered to support structural loads across building, bridge, LRT and MRT construction projects. Manufactured for high load capacity and fast on-site assembly, it doubles as a shoring tower, external scaffolding platform, access stair tower, table form base and mobile tower. As a Klang, Selangor-based supplier, we serve construction projects across the Klang Valley and beyond.
Foundations
A shoring system is a temporary structural support used in construction to hold up formwork, slabs, beams, or excavation walls until permanent structural elements can bear their own load. In falsework applications, shoring towers support wet concrete floor slabs and beams during curing; in access applications, the same modular components convert into stair towers, mobile towers, and working platforms.
The C60/C48/C25 naming reflects three load classes of the same modular system — allowing one product family to scale from lighter access work up to heavy infrastructure loading.

Why It Works
Horizontal ledgers and brace sizes adapt to varied site geometries and load requirements.
Supports heavy structural and infrastructure loads across all three system classes.
Built for repeated use across multiple projects with minimal wear.
Wedge-pin/cup-lock style connections reduce labour hours on site.
Components convert between shoring tower, scaffolding, stair tower, table form and mobile tower configurations.
Fewer specialised parts needed across project types reduces equipment overhead.
Simplified assembly reduces the crew size and time required.
Base jacks, U-heads, braces, and platform components available to suit site-specific needs.

Where It's Used
Used as falsework shoring to support concrete slabs and beams during casting and curing on residential, commercial and industrial building projects.
Provides high-capacity temporary support for bridge deck formwork and heavy structural loading during construction.
Deployed as falsework and access support for elevated rail guideway and station structure works.
Supports underground and elevated MRT structural elements requiring high load-bearing falsework.
Reconfigures into freestanding access towers with integrated stair units for safe vertical access on site.
Fitted with castor wheels for relocatable working platforms across a site without full disassembly.
Site Process
Level and prepare the ground/base surface; position base plates or screw jacks at marked grid points.
Install vertical standards (posts) at each base point, connecting sections to reach the required height.
Connect horizontal ledgers and diagonal braces to lock the frame and provide lateral stability.
Use screw jacks to fine-tune height and level across the full tower or bay.
Fit access platforms, guardrails and toe boards as required for safe working access.
Check all connections, pin locks and stability before applying structural load.
Our Difference
Era Scaffold System Sdn Bhd is a one-stop scaffolding, falsework and formwork specialist based in Klang, Selangor, serving infrastructure works, building projects, warehousing and factory works, and niche industrial sectors including oil & gas, aircraft and shipyard works. We offer conscientiously customised solutions rather than one-size-fits-all equipment — if a standard product doesn't fit your project, we work with you to find one that does.
Questions
Load capacity varies by class: C25 supports lighter to medium loads, while C60 is rated for the heaviest structural applications such as bridge and rail infrastructure. [VERIFY exact figures before publishing]
The three classes share the same modular system design but differ in load rating and typical application — C25 for lighter access and general building work, C48 for mid-range formwork and building falsework, and C60 for heavy infrastructure loading such as bridges and rail structures.
Yes — the same components can be reconfigured as a falsework shoring tower, external scaffolding, access stair tower, table form, or mobile tower.
